Hard to believe I haven't talked about this before, but if this wasn't already on your Radar...
ILA holds a great conference every year, and this year's will feature programs like "Looking for Group: Engaging Teens with Dice, Monsters & Stories," "Programming for All! Inspiration for Small Libraries or Shrinking Budgets," and "Are Your Patrons 'Board?' [Groan]: Start a Game Collection @ Your Library!" Heck, I'd go if some library sent me!
