Dark Money

Guest-reviewer time again! My mother is reading Dark Money: The Hidden History of the Billionaires behind the Rise of the Radical Right. It's a very depressing read, she says, but she's muscling through it like a trooper. It largely focuses on the Koch Brothers and the countless money they have spent sabotaging the federal government in order to kill all regulations. Jane Mayer seems to make a case for their machinations creating a Frankenstein's Monster they could not control -- Trump. If I thought I could handle some depressing reading, I would jump in and find out how Jane connected those dots!
