If you can! The New York Times has the letter online, but concealed behind their paywall. Now, I support journalism's right to make money, but preventing access to government documents should rub any librarian the wrong way.

But, since many people would go to the Times first for information, this behooves libraries to remove the paywall impediment and have a printed copy on their desks.
