Poplar Creek Public Library: Spinner Rack Addendum

I was surprised, when I last went to the Hanover Park train station, to see our old spinner rack again. Sad too, because this was always our spinner rack for tax forms and this means it won't be holding tax forms anymore.

But, I have to admit, this is a nice feature for the train station and a good service from the library. There were even two paperbacks on it that looked good (one was Tristan and Iseult; I forgot the other one). I didn't have anything to leave, so I just perused T&I briefly before getting on the train. I wonder how much it's getting used...?
