Yes...I have not entered 2019 with any new novels started, so I'm going to cheat and review a magazine I'm reading instead.
Around when Jack Kirby Collector #20 came out, I was thinking "Well, this was a fun ride, but surely they're going to run out of new things to say about Jack Kirby's artwork any issue now." It hasn't happened yet.
Granted, even the best the articles in this issue are based on supposition, but they make convincing arguments, like that Fantastic Four #6 was written by Jack and not Stan Lee, or that the two-issue Thing-Hulk fight in Fantastic Four #25 and 26 was channeling Jack's grief over John F. Kennedy's assassination. Intriguing and well-reasoned thoughts!
