FEMA's 'Presidential Alert' test postponed as some Americans want to disconnect

"Plenty of Americans aren't terribly keen to be receiving text messages from the president, even in an emergency..."

It reminds me about how hard it has been for the National Archives to keep up with all of the Tweets coming from the White House. Now decisions will have to be made as to how to archive Presidential text messages and make them permanently accessible.
