Me, I just shared a video on Facebook. Others wrote longer eulogies on social media. But did your library take advantage of this chance to plug their music collection? The Chicago Public Library's blog made the unusual decision of showcasing some of the Aretha Franklin CDs in their catalog, in addition to recommending a biography.

And we don't have to wait until someone dies to do this. When Mike Nesmith and Micky Dolenz of The Monkees were performing in Chicago, for example, it would have been a great time to highlight the Monkees CDs in the collection.
