Other resources for writing librarians

It had been suggested to me by a friend that starting a blog from scratch, as I have, might not be as useful for me as writing for a site with a built-in audience. So I have listened to that advice so far as to check into what else is out there. Nothing I've found so far matches quite what I'm looking to do here, but they are all worthwhile projects, and I thought I would compile them here.
